Relax ~ Restore ~ Rejuvenate
In this session you will be guided into deep relaxation with various supported restorative yoga postures. This is a beautiful way to reconnect with your inner world and feel deeply rested while restoring your nervous system.
Rachel will gently guide you with instruction and props to ensure your body is in a comfortable position.
Props will be provided, however if you have your own favourites please feel free to bring them along.
We will be using a new app that will allow us to be fully in the moment, with minimal outside distraction, so please download it prior to your session. Be sure to bring your earphones, we will have a few spares if you don’t have any.
