Breathwork is technique of controling the use of your breath, which has an effect on your physical and mental well-being. We breath on autopilot but often our breathe is shallow. When we conciously and intentionally breathe, our heart rate slows down and your breathing steadies to a much slower pace.
We have two breathwork sessions available:
Calming breathwork - This 45 minute breathwork session is designed to guide you to get out of your head and into your body, bringing about a deep sense of relaxation and peace. You will receive 2 take home breathing practices, that are easy to do and support you in being calmer throughout your day. We will then experience a deeply calming breathwork and guided meditation, the main focus being on you taking time to give back to yourself.
Transformational breathwork - This 45 minute breathwork session is the ultimate self care/self love experience. Quite the opposite to it's calming breathwork session counterpart, this session is all about utilising the breath to give you more energy, clarity, joy and access your own inner power. We learn 2 energising breathing techniques that you can practice at home, followed by a mini transformational breathwork session, that is guaranteed to leave you feeling refreshed and nurtured.

Vinyasa for all
This Vinyasa flow class is a mindful connection of movement and breath, tailored with creative sequences, to take you deeper in your body and calming the mind.
This class is suitable for all levels with variations and modifications provided to support the practice that feels right for your body, with some stronger options for yogis who want to go into their practice.
Serene Stillness: Yin Yoga & Meditation
Join in for a session of nourishing Yin Yoga which is a floor-based practice, holding the poses for 3 – 5 minutes. This practice will allow you to experience moments of stillness and calm in both mind and body. Through prolonged holds and mindful breathing, you will allow yourself to sink into each pose, melting away stress and inviting a sense of inner peace.
All levels are welcome to join.
