The Rest Easy Expo is Brisbane's newest sleep, relaxation, and self-care expo, offering a unique retreat-like experience focused on improving health and well-being. Feature vendors, guest speakers, group sessions and workshops.

 The event will be held on Saturday, 24th August, from 10am to 3pm 

Brisbane Technology Park, Conference Center.

The expo is for anyone interested in improving their sleep, relaxation, and self-care practices, including individuals with sleep issues, wellness enthusiasts, parents and caregivers, carers, and professionals experiencing high stress levels. 

 Entry tickets are $10. Group sessions are available as add-ons from $10 each.  

 Tickets will be released on Monday, 3rd June 2024.  

 Tickets can be purchased online through our official ticket sales page on this website. 

 Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please consider gifting to a friend.

 Yes but we recommend purchasing tickets in advance online as we cannot guarantee availability at the door. Tickets on the door will also be $15.  Group sessions are likely to sell out prior to the event. 

We offer free yoga sessions, including 'Vinyasa for All' and 'Serene Stillness: Yin Yoga & Meditation.' Additionally, group sessions like Breathwork, Guided Meditations, and Sound Baths are available for $10 each. Workshops include making your own sleepy bath salts, participating in collaborative giant mindfulness art expereince, and a creative art workshop. 

 Yes, it is advisable to book group sessions and workshops in advance as spaces are limited abd many sold out last year.

 You can book group sessions and workshops when purchasing your entry ticket online. 

  Yes, there is ample parking available at Brisbane Technology Park, Conference Center. Even better is that parking is FREE on the weekends!

 We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for the yoga sessions, a yoga mat if you have one, a water bottle, and anything else that will make your experience enjoyable. 

 There is a coffee shop attached to the conference center that will be open for the duration of the expo. 

 Yes, the Brisbane Technology Park Conference Center is fully accessible.
