The Rest Easy Expo is Brisbane's newest sleep, relaxation, and self-care expo, offering a unique retreat-like experience focused on improving health and well-being. Feature vendors, guest speakers, group sessions and workshops.

The expo is for anyone interested in improving their sleep, relaxation, and self-care practices, including individuals with sleep issues, wellness enthusiasts, parents and caregivers, carers, and professionals experiencing high stress levels.
Entry tickets are $10. Group sessions are available as add-ons from $10 each. Premium group sessions are $35 or you can grab a VIP retreat ticket for $89 which includes two group sessions

Yes but we recommend purchasing tickets in advance online as we cannot guarantee availability at the door. Group sessions are likely to sell out prior to the event.
We offer a number of free activities in the main hall. Additionally, group sessions like Breathwork, Guided Meditations, Dream workshop are available for $10 each. Restorative and the Power of Pleasure are our premium 1 hour sessions and are $35 each.
Yes, it is advisable to book group sessions and workshops in advance as spaces are limited abd many sold out last year.

Yes, there is small carpark that the venue and plenty of street parking around
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for the yoga sessions, a yoga mat if you have one, a water bottle, and anything else that will make your experience enjoyable.
